Prices and Availability of Products These are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed exclusive of Value Added Tax and the tax computation for VAT is shown during the shopping process before any payment details are requested. Contract Any order placed through the use of this web site is an offer to purchase. Acceptance of any offer to purchase is only fulfilled when The Lightbulb Company (UK) Ltd sends a VAT invoice by email to the offeror. Any email sent to a customer acknowledging receipt of order or payment is for customer courtesy only. If we are unable to fulfill your order request, we will advise you promptly and issue a prompt refund. Delivery All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received before 4.00 pm are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we are unable to dispatch within this period we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Indemnification The Lightbulb Company (UK) Ltd does not contemplate any use of this web site other than for the purpose of proper and legitimate use to determine information about the products and services offered and to make purchases of these products in accordance with our Terms of Business. Cancellation of Purchase If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact Customer Support on 01865 794500 between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.00 pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or by email at support@thelightbulb.co.uk who will be pleased to arrange a full refund of the purchase price, within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:- You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased. You must return the goods unused and in good condition in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return carriage costs. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy.
