Please note that energy rating regulations have recently changed, the main change is the removal of the plus sign classes, making the highest possible rating an “A”. Even though a product may now have a much lower rating, it’s important to remember that it hasn’t become any less efficient; it’s just the scale of ratings that have changed, thanks to society’s positive attitude to energy efficiency.

This white Surface Mount Ceiling Frame Kit is perfect to mount the Opus LED lighting Panel in areas without a suspended ceiling grid (e.g. plasterboard or concrete ceilings) Surface mount kits are ideal for use in offices, shopping centre, factories, hotels and other indoor lighting situation. The kit is fixed to the ceiling, the panel is then slid in, and the remaining side then screws on to complete the installation. The frame has sufficient depth to accommodate the LED driver.

Most orders received by noon (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please see the My Orders page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Orders should generally be delivered within 2 or 3 working days of the dispatch date. This service is free of charge on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) or is otherwise charged at £3.95.
For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

All LED products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, some products offer an extended warranty period as offered by the manufacturer. Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage, breakage, misuse, abnormal use or use outside its intended purpose.
