Standard Delivery to Mainland UK

Most orders received by noon (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please see the My Orders page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Orders should generally be delivered within 2 or 3 working days of the dispatch date. This service is free of charge on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) or is otherwise charged at £3.95.

Next Working Day Delivery

For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

Warranty

When you shop with The Lightbulb Company, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible as well as offering you the assurance that all of the products we supply are of the utmost quality.

All LED products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, some products offer an extended warranty period as offered by the manufacturer. Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.

Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage, breakage, misuse, abnormal use or use outside its intended purpose.
