These high quality Kosnic 2D energy saving LED lamps are designed for domestic and commercial environments and are a direct replacement for a traditional compact fluorescent with a GR10q cap type. They are compatible with most existing fixtures with the GR10 cap type and designed as an LED retrofit typically used for utility lighting in communal and public areas such as stairwells and corridors. This 12watt 2D lamp gives a lumen output of 1220 lumens in a warm colour and can reduce your energy consumption by up to 90% with an extremely long life of 30,000 hours. If you are using a magnetic ballast, remove the starter and any power factor capacitor. Plug the lamp directly into the lamp holder. If you are using an electronic ballast, bypass the ballast and plug the lamp directly into the lamp holder, this task should be carried out by a qualified electrician. This lamp is only compatible with emergency fittings, when used in conjunction with the relevant Kosnic emergency module.

Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Orders should generally be delivered within 2 or 3 working days of the dispatch date. This service is free of charge on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) or is otherwise charged at £3.95.
For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

All LED products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, some products offer an extended warranty period as offered by the manufacturer. Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage, breakage, misuse, abnormal use or use outside its intended purpose.
