These Philips T5 14watt HE (high efficiency) slimline fluorescent tubes with a G5 (5mm) cap type, and a diameter of just 16mm are typically found in a multitude of commercial settings, used in offices, retail applications, schools, fridges and in pelmet lighting. It has an extremely long average rated life of 24,000 hours and a 1350 lumen output. In colour 4000k, it produces a modern, crisp, clean light. It measures 549mm excluding the pins and 563mm including them.

For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
