Our flexible LED strip lights are designed to be used for task and edge lighting under cabinets or around frames to create modern design effects and mood lighting easily fitted without effort with either 3M tape (IP44) or clips (IP65). We offer two different IP ratings, our splashproof IP44 can be safely used in kitchens and around the house while our IP65 is designed to withstand moist conditions and can be safely used in bathrooms. No soldering required – Your order arrives ready to use straight out of the box. All strip lights are powered by a 12v power supply (not supplied).

Most orders received by noon (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please see the My Orders page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Orders should generally be delivered within 2 or 3 working days of the dispatch date. This service is free of charge on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) or is otherwise charged at £3.95.
For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

All LED products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, some products offer an extended warranty period as offered by the manufacturer. Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage, breakage, misuse, abnormal use or use outside its intended purpose.
