This 9watt PLS single turn 2 pin G23 Germicidal lamp, must only be used in appropriate equipment and applications. When using UV-C emitting lamps, the official reference guides and the current industrial safety guidelines must be followed. WARNING – Germicidal lamps emit UV-C radiation and must not be used for any general lighting purposes. The radiation from these lamps is very harmful to eyes and skin. Always protect your eyes and skin against radiation. The Arcadia Ultra Clear UVC Lamp eliminates suspended algae in ponds to provide crystal clear pond water. It is also suitable for aquarium clarifiers and sterilizers. Green water and algae problems can be a nuisance, especially during the summer month. Using a UV and replacing the lamp every six months can resolve these issues, Ultra Violet light is used to clump together the floating single algae cells which makes it easier for the pond filter to remove. This compact lamp will remain effective for 12 months.

Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
