These high quality Kosnic 2D energy saving LED lamps are designed for domestic and commercial environments and are a direct replacement for a traditional compact fluorescent with a GR10q cap type. They are compatible with most existing fixtures with the GR10 cap type and designed as an LED retrofit typically used for utility lighting in communal and public areas such as stairwells and corridors. This 12 watt 2D lamp gives a lumen output of 1200 lumens in a warm white colour and can reduce your energy consumption by up to 90% with an extremely long life of 30,000 hours. If you are using a magnetic ballast, remove the starter and any power factor capacitor. Plug the lamp directly into the lamp holder. If you are using an electronic ballast, bypass the ballast and plug the lamp directly into the lamp holder, this task should be carried out by a qualified electrician. This lamp is only compatible with emergency fittings, when used in conjunction with the relevant Kosnic emergency module.
